I've been using Purse.io for the past couple of weeks. I've had three very good transactions and two canceled by the earners. Earners are those who pay for the item and are reimbursed out of a bitcoin escrow upon receipt by me, the spender (the person who orders an item).
The two cancellations were done by the earners when I asked them for a tracking number. The first said my item had already been delivered; however, I didn't receive the item. I've lived here for 10 years and have ordered hundreds of things from Amazon and have always received them. When I asked the earner for the tracking number, he cancelled.
The second cancellation was by another earner who said he'd ordered the item. Three days later, when I asked him for a tracking number, he immediately cancelled with no explanation.
I'll continue to use Purse.io, but if I can't get a tracking number from an earner, I'll probably contact customer support and not do any business with with the cancelling earner because it seems a bit scammy to say you ordered an item for a buyer and then refuse to cut and paste the tracking number into an email.
Anyone else have the same problem?
