I love the Crypto Show. I listen to it quite regularly (although they produce too much content to be able to listen to all of it!).

The forum as an ad about The Crypto Show that always makes me laugh.

I listen to the podcasts often but it would be great to be able to download it to USB and listen to on long drives in the car, anybody know if this is possible I haven't checked before

I do this. Internet is not fast enough (especially when I am downloading something else in the background) to reliably stream an MP3.

PodcastAddict on Android downloads them just fine. I use a custom Perl script to download the podcasts each night and store them on a local webserver - but for most people this is not needed. Anyway, they are just http files that you can download and store. You can find the links in the podcast feed fie.
