French TV censorship

Hello,

I just watchedd a documentary a couple of days ago about bitcon.com on French TV. Roger gave a QR code there, but the journalist censured it by saying, btc coin is just a game then, we can't show this QR code....

As i explained to you via support email there would be no use seeing this particular QR code again because someone else would have already scanned the QR code amd swept any funds on the address.

Please accept my apologies then, we had the exact same question emailed to us on support.

If you follow Roger's YouTube channel you will see that he has made a few of these giveaway in the past, normally someone within the first 10 to see the video would have swept the BTC from the QR code he displayed.

The network censored the private key; perhaps they didn't quite understand the idea behind what Roger was trying to do (the idea was that the first person to see the TV show and scan the QR code would gain ownership of the funds), but we've also had a lot of French citizens advise that the QR code could not be shown due to regulations surrounding 'gambling' on informative TV shows.

Perhaps consider contacting your local politicians / representatives and demand that they stop impeding your freedom in such a way.
