Couldn't sleep right now and this crossed my mind. Hopefully I can achieve sleep after this post.
Wouldn't it be better if bitcoin's default unit/denomination would be the same or close to the value of USD?
Bitcoin = 1
mBTC = 0.001
uBTC = 0.000001
Satoshi = 0.00000001
If ever(hopefully) we achieve global adoption, wouldn't it be better if we could price cheaper stuff using bitcoin instead of millibitcoin?
e.g. 1 burger = 2 bitcoins (not 2 millibitcoins or 0.002 bitcoins). it would just sound better verbally.
So I personally(currently) think that it is better if our units/denominations are:
MBTC(megabitcoin LOL) = 1
Bitcoin = 0.001
uBTC = 0.000001
Satoshi = 0.00000001
Not suring if I'm making sense, or if I just need sleep. or both. im out.
