What parts of bitcoin are difficult to learn?

Hello Everyone!

I have a few websites that I use to write bitcoin guides for new users, and to promote bitcoin services that I like. My goal is to make bitcoin easier for everyone to understand and help break down the barriers that discourage people from adopting it. The problem is, I am very comfortable with bitcoin so I'm out of touch with where people struggle and what parts are the most confusing.

I'm here for feedback. Not necessarily about my website, but with your experience learning how to use bitcoin. I want to know from you what parts of bitcoin were hardest for you to grasp. Where did you get stuck? What discouraged you about using bitcoin? Whatever issues you have had with your bitcoin experience, I want to hear about so I can write guides for the next generation of bitcoiners to make it a little easier for them to get involved.
