Why wouldn’t it?
It allows people unfamiliar with crypto to safely invest. It’s a rising industry with a bright future. Still, I’d say it’s better to invest in the currency (if you are able to handle it correctly) or at least diversify between both (no financial advice!)

It's a good question. It has its own advantages I think, but I'm usually more inclined to favouring the original asset, not the ETF. Diversification might be a good idea.
