Who will have first production release mobile wallet supporting SegWit tx and Lightning payment channels?

I am very excited about SegWit release to increase capacity for all transactions on Bitcoin network, and am very happy for the fix for tx malleability that many developers have been waiting for to create safer and better solutions for payment channels. My hope is that lightning payment channels will open up a new era of exchange arbitrage by allowing nearly instant transactions for Bitcoin users, as well as create a simple way for allowing Zeroconf transactions to be used by merchants. I'm very curious who will be first wallet provider to take advantage of these amazing technological updates.
