so I've decided to start mining never done it before, want to give it a try and decided to stick with Ethereum for now at least, and so the story begins. hopefully not waste space on the internet here for help I need/want

I have a free setup I've thrown together besides the spare RTX 2070 8 GB I had laying around.... YES I SAID LAYING AROUND AND YES FREE SETUP...
and everyone's like who the F is this guy again? ok so Gaming rig setup about $3000 I've put that to the side as I may use some parts of it and redo the build around end of year idk yet. but the free setup specs as follows.....
Intel DH16CR Motherboard
Intel i5 3475s 2.9Ghz Quad Core
4gb DDR3 1300Mhz Ram
500GB Samsung Evo SSD
Windows 10 Pro 64bit
RTX 2070 8GB @ 1300MHZ CORE and 15200Mhz on the MEMORY @ 40% Power Target. Stable for 5 days so far... KNOCK ON WOOD
all cased and cooled by a 140mm Corsair AIO Water Cooler and Corsair Spec R Case. Again Everything was practically free except the RTX 2070....
which is what got me to thinking about mining! Please don't hate me but the reason I'm posting for help is because everywhere I've read shows about 36MH/s on mining Ethereum on the RTX 2070..... can anyone tell me if the Results I'm getting are good?
I'm getting about 42 MH/s at the current clocks and according to my handy dandy Wattage Metter at the wall with the monitor for the setup and cable modem and Wireless Router I'm pulling 190 Watts. so to sum it all up,
RTX 2070 8GB (42Mh/s Power Draw: 190 Local Electric Cost: 8.1 Cents? So is that good? bad? ok? Crappy?
I was thinking about picking up two Vega 56's unlock them with Vega 64 Bios and overclock em' and mine with those if these are ok results? any thoughts or hints would be awesome! again thanks!
