While in the 2014 Scottish independence referendum, the Scottish people voted to remain part of Great Britain the situation has now changed. Many Scots at the time voted to remain part of the UK as well as to remain part of the EU. What advantages does scotcoin have over bitcoin or even the pound?

As far as I remember I believe Scotcoin was premined? Correctly if I am wrong.

If Scotcoin is just another shitcoin with no features at all, then why would they choose such a new and obvious clone of another coin as their currency? Think about it.

I doubt that it would really help the Scottish people or even have any real impact, as we have seen with previous coins made for countries, like AuroraCoin or whatever for Iceland. But, you never know. Might be a late x-mas gift to some, other than that though I'm not sure I'm sold on it.
