Electricity Consumption

Hi,

I have some questions about the electricity consumption in Antminer S9 and APW3++ 1600 W power supply.
My questions are:
-In addition of the power supply electricity consume, the antminer will consume electricity as well? I mean will Antminer and APW3++ be consuming electricity, or only will be consuming electricity the power supply?
-And what would be the average Kwh consumed each month?
