Lifetime contracts do not have an expiry date but will still terminate if not profitable for 60 days (i.e., daily revenue is less than daily fees for 60 consecutive days)

No, to date we have not had to cancel a single plan on the Bitcoin.com mining pool due to the plan becoming unprofitable
