I have the mnemonic phrase which gives me the password, but not the Blockchain wallet identifier so I can not access the wallet. Can Blockchain Support or others have suggestions how to get the ID with this.

If you still have the original email that Blockchain.info sent to you that email may contain the wallet identifier. If not, you may request that the wallet identifier be email to you again by using this page: https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/reminder

Also if you have the old Blockchain.info 16 word mnemonic (i.e., legacy wallet recovery mnemonic) rather than the newer 12 word mnemonic I believe that you wont be able to login directly. You may need to enter the 16 words on this page: https://blockchain.info/wallet/forgot-password

Thank you. I did both. No luck. Also - very difficult to get hold of Blockchain Support, in fact via Twitter I did get hold of them "@askblockchain" on ly to find they were scammers. Wanted a small deposit of BTC to get it foxed, stupid me - I did and they disappeared. Lesson learned, but no closer to getting into my Blockchain account. Help needed. Any link to Blockchain support that can be trusted?
