When I create/send a special wallet in my blockchain.info for a payment request, and I mark it as for a certain exact USD amount, after the wallet is sent, if the payer does not pay immediately, does the payment request adjust the amount of BTC requested to adjust for the changing price of BTC?
For example I send a request for USD $10,000. At the time I send the request BTC is say 9500, then by the time the guy pays, because he does not pay immediately, BTC is now 9800. Does the blockchain.info wallet adjust for this price change? (Remember, I am sending a payment request where I mark it for USD.)
I have requested the USD blockchain.info payment requests many times and this has not been an issue, but usually the person pays me instantly so I don't know really if the amount of BTC in the wallet request is adjusted automatically to make sure that I receive that exact correct amount in USD requested at time of transmittal.
Anyone know answer for sure?
