Recovering Old Old Old Account, Possible??

Hello all, just renewing my understanding and use of bitcoins... after 25+ years of my being MIA on BC...

My questions include:

1) how can I, if at all possible, retrieve my previous BC account?

2) If an account is inactive, how long is it before, if at all, de-activated or deleted???

3) what is the method I need to follow to recover the previous account, if possible?

4) there would have been one of two (2) email addresses I would have used for this, not sure which one.

Any suggestions/recommendations gratefully accepted.

So you had a bitcoin account/wallet 25 years ago?

Yes, I did.... just need to find out if there is anything I can do to recover the account if, in fact, it is still open or lingering around.
