Insured Deposits and Transactions

I am interested in learning how to provide insurance (we have an insurance company very interested) similar to FDIC for Bitcoin and other similar currencies. I have found some software and hardware companies very interested and am seeking advice as I see the market very large and would like to work with someone familiar. Only to clarify, I have the insurance company interested in writing this risk, what I need is the market. We have no problem setting up a bank in the right domicile to handle transactions and more including debit cards. What I am looking for is someone or a company with the insight for this. Our goal is to increase the use of Bitcoins. Thanks for reading.
