Help: Coolwallet S app keeps freezing

i just finished setting up my coolwalletS..but everytime i click send or receive button on the app, it just crashes, i tried rebooting my phone and reinstalling the app but i’m having same problem. honestly I liked this card for its credit card design and waterproofing abilities but i guess I should have just gotten a cheaper and more realiable nano s.

my brother had the same issue man..it worked for him after he reset his wallet. If you like credit card designs, you should check out the upcoming FuzeW, it seems to offer everything that coolwalletS does but at like half the price.

thank you!! resetting fixed the issue. also fuzew looks interesting but guess i'll stick to coolwallet for now
