Who will provide "Purchase invoice"?

I have purchased bitcoin from buy.bitcoin.com . The whole transaction has been completed. I got payment confirmation mail from https://www.simplex.com and I got bitcoin in given wallet. Now problem is that nobody provides "Purchase Invoice" neither "buy.bitcoin.com" nor "www.simplex.com". Anybody has idea regarding same?
