I tried to purchase bitcoin almost a week ago (12/23) through bitcoin.com. I followed the website to set up my wallet and then attempted to buy some bitcoin. I'm positive I entered the correct address and I was charged for the transaction but still nothing in my wallet. Does anyone know what the problem is at this point? Any information would be appreciated.
