Wallet - bought bitcoins but how to get them into my wallet

I installed Bitcoin.com Wallet on my mobile and then I bought Bitcoins over that app.
Got the confirmation of my successful buy but I do not have the amount in my wallet.
Question: how do I get the bought Bitcoins into my wallet?

Had a similar problem as you did. I found some ideas that might have gone wrong on this site https://walletsupport.bitcoin.com
In the end noting in there did help. So I deleted my wallet and imported it back with the backup key. And when I did I had the BTC on there.

Did you check on the block explorer if the coins were sent to the address?

Did you accidentally have BTC (i.e., Bitcoin) sent to to your BCH (i.e., Bitcoin Cash) address?
