I can't see why a company purchasing bitcoins would be any different than an individual purchasing the same coins.
Purchasing bitcoins would really just come down to the laws of the country you are in.

Purchasing bitcoins would really just come down to the laws of the country you are in.

The reason I am asking is that all the wallets I have seen so far allow you to register only as an individual or if as a company it allows only to accept bitcoins from the customers.
Perhaps you hapen to know what service one can you to purchase|sell as a company?

Try to forget about the old way of thinking (the old system). You don't need to 'register' a bitcoin address to your company. Any bitcoin address will do fine.

(1) There's no need to tie identity to a bitcoin address.

(2) You can have as many bitcoin address as you want.

(3) Your identity will be of no help in regaining access to your bitcoin If you ever loose your private keys for bitcoin or passwords for wallet.

I thought you're question was about a company buying Bitcoin itself; since alot of new people here Bitcoin itself is owned by a company, like PayPal (its not, just as no one owns e-mail technology).
