You may be able to use ViaBTC's emergency transaction accelerator to speed up your transaction(s). Please note that this service only accepts 100 transactions per hour, and as there is a big demand for this you will need to try accelerate your transaction in the first minute or two of each hour, otherwise it is unlikely to succeed.
An excellent resource for determining the appropriate transaction fee at any given time is https://bitcoinfees.21.co, and if the transaction does not confirm within ~72 hours the bitcoins will usually be returned to the address they were sent from.
