BCH sent to BTC address

HELP!! I received BCH to my BTC address on coinbase exchange so I have no access to the private key, it’s a Segwit address starting with a 3, the funds have since been transferred to a new address after the new hardfork, Can anyone help me please?

In the past BCH sent to a BTC Segwit address became unspendable by the CLEANSTACK rule.
The latest BCH upgrade that took place on 15th May 2019 has made an exemption for these coins and return them to the previous situation, where they are spendable, although the process is still not easy for a beginner and will require the help of an honest miner it does give users who have made this mistake a chance at recovery.

Yes I am aware of the upgrade allowing the recovery but I don’t know how to find a miner to help me
