I'm new

Sat Aug 20, 2016 7:36 am

Hi,

I've been reading a lot about Bitcoin and I'm not entirely convinced that I should join Bitcoin. Anyone care to sway me from the dark side to the Bitcoin side?

Thanks

Hey prinse.
Sorry about the shitpost above, hopefull a mod will remove that. (and maybe move this topic!)

I wouldn't want to convince you to join in Bitcoin, but I would try to help you get some clarity.
A lot depends on your views and situation, and on what you have read!

If you could give a quick overview, what do you know/like about Bitcoin, and what do you not know/not like about Bitcoin, It would help to know where to start. (i cant reply for a few days, but i will reply)

hello prinse,

there is no "join" - just read about it and then make your decision.

there are also some good videos on youtube about bitcoin:

What are you unsure about bitcoin? Bitcoin is simply just a different kind of currency. To put it simply, join in on bitcoins if you have a reason to use it or if you are planning on investing on it. Otherwise, why would you need to?

Any certain reason why you are having second thoughts? Why did you become interested in bitcoin in the firstplace?

Maybe you wanted to buy something anonymously?
