sorry sir, but you will have difficulties to find someone interested in your offer...
you're a new member, and as you know PayPal is a reversible payment , so unless you're already in good trust with someone, this won't happen ..
in general, this kind of proposition is not weel seen by bitcoiners, unless, as explained above, you had already built some solid trust relations.

We are new here but we can provide any link to prove we are not scammer only just buyers
We run few services with BTC and we need it on weekly basis.
We donot force people to work with us we only need good links and relation to make our transaction smooth.

sure ... I understand ( and no personal offence here ..) but, this is not how the trust would be built in this community.
that's not mean anyone will call you 'scammer', but I just try to explain you: for asking a bitcoin exchange for any reversible payment, the request should be preferably done directly to someone who personally trusts you, ( or already know you ) better than on an open offer on any bitcoin related forum.
