Hi everyone,
I initially posted this on Voat, but haven't yet heard back: https://voat.co/v/bitcoin/1468305
I'll quote the message here:
"Here's what I envision:
User browses to http://answer.market/ on their phone. On the Bitcoin address field, it auto completes to the address of their default wallet.
I don't know if that's possible or not. I know browsers have autocompleted forms for a while, but I'm not sure if there's some kind of mechanism in HTML/JS to say that you want to fetch such a resource, maybe with approval.
If there's no Bitcoin wallet installed, it could prompt the user, or maybe there's a way to integrate with a JS wallet for first time users? Something like this: https://rushwallet.com/
In theory, you could have a portable JS wallet across multiple sites for newbies. I realize this isn't ideal from a security perspective, but maybe it's a good way to get people's feet in the door.
What do you all think? How can I do this?
Thanks,
Teran"
