Bought bitcoin but balance says 0

Hi, I'm a newb (sorry). I might be misunderstanding something. I just bought some bicoing from a user and under local.bitcoin.com it says under 'menu' I have a total balance in my wallet of 0.0907 but when I try to send from the bitcoin app it says 'Your Bitcoin Wallet is Empty' . If someone could explain I'd really appreciate it. Is there some latency transferring, what gives? Thanks.

The surest decision to write in those. support. If those support is not responding, then you are fraudulent and your money will not be returned.
