
I have played on games.bitcoin.com for a long time now. Sometimes there would be instances where I would send btc to a game and lose the game and account key/url, and I would have to do is message the SUPPORT and provide the deposit btc address I send the btc to and they would give me my account no problem.
This is not the case any more, last week I sent btc to 2 separate games and I lost the accounts before I ever played them. So I contacted SUPPORT as normal and provided the 2 deposit address that I sent the btc to, and the NEW SUPPORT person says that he can't find my game in one message and then said in another meSsage they was having issues. It's now been 5 days and I can't getget ANY response.
