Hey, I Had Put Money Into the Kiosk Last night After Scanning my QR Code to Send it to the Website. After I put All $97 USD In the machine, The screen turned red and told me that the transaction had failed and it gave me A (866) number to call and leave a message with my Transaction ID number And a callback number, Am I going to receive my money back or how does that work???? Please let me know what’s going on or Happening

Please understand that Bitcoin itself isn't a company, just like “gold” isn't a company - this means that there isn't any official website that speaks for Bitcoin, just like there isn't an official website representing gold.
