Blockchain wallets

I have been given a Blockchain.info WATCH wallet which I didn't ask for to replace my Legacy wallet - I now cannot access my coins to send on - The Support dept. will not or cannot resolve the problem they say - any ideas anyone - Doug

Not sure what you mean by watch wallet but if you upgraded to the new HD wallet then you should still be able to access the coins which used to be in the legacy wallet. I think there is an import feature to take the coins from the legacy wallet to the new HD wallet.
