No Bitcoins received

Dear,
I am a new user and want to be the part of block chain technology therefore I Purchase the bitcoins from buy.bitcoin.com from my card, The bank deducted the money from account and than i have being ask for verification documentation. I have uploaded the verification documents than i did not receive any email from simplex confirming that when they are going to send the bitcoins in my wallet and how much duration it will take.
When I tried to reach to them through support@simplex.com “I got a reply that my email was rejected by server”
