Hi,
I tried to submit a few orders at buy.bitcoin.com, but they all keep getting declined. Simplex.com won't give me a reason for it, nor they are trying to solve this issue. I tried to contact them, and asked if technical support could take a look at this, but they keep saying 'we are unable to share information or advise on this payment'. This is very annoying for me, since I'm probably blacklisted from placing orders.
Can anyone here help me out, or advise me what to do?

FAQ:
My payment was declined, why did this happen and what can I do?
Due to our policy, we are unable to disclose our decline reasons. Also, we are not always able to respond to emails requesting more information about these decisions

It’s nothing personal. In order not to expose any of the mechanisms to malicious usage, as industry standard, no additional information is supplied upon rejection.
I'm afraid there's simply nothing you can do in this situation other than perhaps trying a different card. You should also check with your bank that they have not banned cryptocurrency purchases from your card as there are a number of large banks that have engaged in such behaviour recently, and if this is the case then your payments would be blocked by your own bank.
