Bitcoin core wallet help needed

Hi, I'm new here and also in bitcoin. I downloaded bitcoin core and got some funds. But the problem is the wallet still synchronizing and I'm behind three years and 20 weeks. Now is there anyway to speed up? For example is there any file that I can download and put it in the folder. Don't ask me to upgrade machine or net speed. The current speed will take 2 weeks to be synchronized.
