my recent bit coin purchase

So I recently paid bitcoin.com $400 on around Wednesday or so. Well I have not had any updates about it It looks like the charges were removed on my card. I am not sure why the payment wasn't accepted but I sent the photo id copy and everything so I am curious if someone can let me know why they the purchase didnt go through. I tried finding a email address for support but could not get to it through the contact me section there is no button to complete the form to make contact. Any help would be appreciated or even just an email address I can contact.
