So, I bought the smallest piece I could as a test. I look d at my wallet address I s empty, I searched the block chain with that number and I see the confirmations but it never went to my wallet? And there is a bunch of finger pointing simplex says go to the bitcoin web site, and there it says go to simplex. What are e my options and how do I either get my money back or the bitcoin I purchased
