I bought bitcoins amount of about 1800USD (02/01/2018 16:04 Israel Time) and 50 USD (03/01/2018 01:52 Israel Time).
However, billing errors occur in both cases, but the money was gone!! Twice!!
I even did not receive the payment ID. I am really frustrated....
I truly need a quick response to this situation. Please cancel both payments ASAP.

Did you purchase from Simplex via the Bitcoin.com wallet app?
If so the service on
https://buy.bitcoin.com is provided by Simplex.com. If you have not received your bitcoins from them, or have any other issues regarding that service, please contact

Please note that during times of high traffic such as when there is a relatively large increase in Bitcoin's value your order with Simplex may take longer for them to fulfill. Unfortunately there is nothing that Bitcoin.com can do about this, so please be patient while Simplex process, fulfill and send your BTC order.
Please let support know if Simplex have confirmed to you that the bitcoins you purchased have indeed been sent but you still cannot see the funds in your wallet. Please also provide proof or any screenshots you think will help, thanks.
