Payment processing was wrong!! I did not get the coin.

Hello,

It's emergency.
The error is occurred in payment step

I received massage the approval massage from card company.

But, on the homepage, the massage that 'the payment is exceeded the limit of card is shown.

with the massage, a screen is returned to personal detail step, does not pass to verification step.

The payment is not processed. and I did not received any email from simplex !!!!!!!

I double checked the approval payment from my card company.

I have already asked simplex about this case 7 hrs ago, but they do not any respond. :x

Pls let me know what is happen to me
