Tried to buy bitcoin but my card was declined.

Hello. I just tried to buy BTC on bitcoin.com, but my card was declined during simplex payment. My bank website says that the payment has been done though and my card was charged. I contacted simplex support and they told me "Please know that your card was not charged for this payment. It was a credit card authorization check, rather than a charge. This authorization has been voided successfully and the money should be freed within the next 48h business hours." Now it's been a week since the payment and I still didn't get my money. Will I ever get it back? Where should I ask for it?
