Help with my transaction

Hi everyone,

Here under i post you a transaction i have made 3 weeks ago.
According to blockchain.info the transactions is done but i have never received these Bitcoins in my Bitcoin.com wallet.
I'll let you judge.. What should i do?
I have contacted simplex.com (where i bought the coins) and they said me that it is nothing under their sphere of competences and that "It would be more helpful to contact your wallet software provider's support team and see if they are able to help you"
