Need contacts to see why I haven't received what I paid for

Hi

I purchased bitcoins from this website exactly one week ago. After several cancelled transactions (one of which is still being held, a week ago), one returned as success - but still no bitcoins to date. I contacted Simplex but they said, after my daily emails, it's not their business and that I should contact the wallet provider. The wallet provider, as it says here, is NOT A COMPANY (surprise!) so no contacts are shown on the website. What's going on? Why are there no contacts? Where did the money go? How can I contact the company (it is a company after all)?
