I'm losing my goddamn mind. I made a mistake. I spent $50, the minimum payment, on BTC at BitCoin.com using the Bitcoin.com app and can't find any useful information from Bitcoin.com (who facilitated the entire process for me) and the best I've found is that snarky "Contact" page (http://www.bitcoin.com/contact-us) where it makes you agree that "Yeah, well Bitcoin.com created an app to use as a wallet and sold me bitcoin but has absolutely nothing to do with Bitcoin and fuck me for assuming they would be interested in helping me figure this out, I should go bother somebody else instead"
All I want to do is somehow liquify this horrible purchase. Please don't tell me what I already know - I didn't do my research, I'm irresponsible, etc. I apologize for assuming that while Bitcoin.com isn't IN CHARGE of Bitcoin, they have to have SOMETHING to do with it, right? They should offer SOME kind of support for the app branded with THEIR name, right? Anyway, fuck me, I guess I was wrong.
So I've got 0.002535BTC in the Bitcoin.com Wallet App, which is essentially useless to me because the app doesn't allow me to SELL and the amount, despite being exactly what Bitcoin.com set as the minimum purchase, is equal to or less than the amount required to send the funds to another wallet that CAN sell.
Imagine if the real world operated this way - you go to BestBuy to purchase a computer, along with peripherals that BestBuy themselves created and advertised to be used with that computer, take it home and find out that it's worthless to you, take it back and the guy at the counter yells at you "Well you should have done your research, you can go fuck yourself because BestBuy isn't the official leader of computers!". Well, that may be - but they fucking sold me the computer and the shit to run it with so they should take some level of responsibility in helping me, in my opinion.
BOTTOM LINE: HOW DO I LIQUIFY THIS 0.002535BTC FROM MY BITCOIN.COM WALLET TO SOMETHING I CAN ACTUALLY USE. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR NOT BEING A SNARKY DOUCHE.
