Still have't received bitcoin I paid for

On Tuesday I paid $218.76 to Simplex for bitcoin and the transaction was approved that night. I input the address of my Paxful wallet yet I still have not received the coins and the Simplex customer support is just sending automated messages. Could somebody instruct me on how to obtain a refund or get my btc? Thanks for any help
