Bitcoin.com wallet not restoring

Hi all,

This morning I bought some Bitcoin through simplex and I was unable to view it in my wallet even after the payment was approved.

So I decided to uninstall and try to import my wallet again. I put in my 12 word seed and get a network error message.

I tried generating a new wallet and then going to advanced and put in my security phrase but still the the network error message.

Is this a known issue? Is there a fix for this?
