Haven't Recieved Bitcoin
I mad an order for bitcoin yesterday and I have not received it. Can someone please help me with this? It is an issue because the BTC price has gone $3,000 up in value since my purchase. I expect to receive the same amount of BTC as I purchased yesterday. Thank you.

Where did you buy the bitcoins?
Did you give them your bitcoin address when you bought them?
The Bitcoin (SegWit) network is currently congested and thus transactions can take much longer to confirm or might never confirm.
Check if the transaction to yout address has been confirmed using the block explorer.

If the transaction is not yet confirmed you can try a tx accelerator to get them confirmed quicker.
