Password for wallet.

Mon Dec 04, 2017 3:23 am

Today I purchased bitcoins for the first time by using CoinMama.com . It all worked fine and the part coin was transferred to my BlockChain wallet. When logging in on my wallet I always was asked to use the pin code and this worked fine too. After some time going back to my wallet to get the wallet address I was now asked to ise my password which I ofcourse had written down. Still the password was indicated as being wrong which I know for a fact is totally false.

The question I have. Have someone else experienced this problem ? I am now asked via support to use my 12 letter words and submitt to them.

My question is ofcourse why should I do this when I have used my correct password in the first place.

Can we really trust this bitcoin wallet ? Because I know that my Password requested is 101% correct and I will not let go without an explanation from BlockChain (if I ever will be able to get an answer).

Looking forward to hear from some of you experts on how to deal with this .

Maybe I will lose 100 USD stored in my wallet as a learniing curve to go for a real wallet not connected to the web.

Best regards ThomasC
