Invalid seed phrase to claim bitcoin gold

I have bitcoin on my Bitcoin.com wallet on October 5th, and I have the 12 words private key. These words are in Chinese character.

On November 27th I moved all my bitcoin to a new Bitcoin.com wallet, and back up with new 12 words private key. These are English words.

Then I tried to restore my Chinese character private key on Coinomi and Electrum wallet, but it showed it is invalid.

I cannot find other way to claim my bitcoin gold, what should I do?
