Bitcoin never received in account

Just made my first purchase of bitcoins and they have not been received in my wallet. I made the purchase about 10 hours ago and Simplex says they were sent I need to check status in my blockchain address. In the wallet it reads "no transactions." I tried to uninstall and restore on my android but it is not working. I am getting very nervous my funds are lost.

I was able to restore wallets once again but no funds in either wallet, the address

1DWyHwKMyfm7PBvTkk1QaK8NKt1c1NN3bw

is correct. How do I update and receive the coins I purchased. Thanks for any info.

I am assuming that you have been able to access the funds because they have now moved from the address you quoted (1DWyHwKMyfm7PBvTkk1QaK8NKt1c1NN3bw)

Do you have the 12 word backup phrase for the wallet you downloaded? If you uninstalled your wallet and restored, did you restore from the word phrase?
