Unconfirmed transaction for more than 6 days

Hello everyone,
As a new user of bitcoin.com application, I was getting used to transaction feature and decided to test the lowest possible fee considering that it will reach my second wallet eventually. I did this after reading that if the transaction doesn't take place after 72 days, the funds will be sent back to the original sender's wallet. However, 6 days and some hours passed but I still see that the transaction is pending.

How can I claim the amount back? Should I just be patient?
