I made a Bitcoin purchase using Credit card on the Bitcoin App. My credit card payment has been approved by Simplex, but I do not see my BTC in the BTC wallet.
Can you please tell me how to cancel this purchase?

If Simplex say the transaction has been approved and sent then please email all details to wallet@bitcoin.com and we will follow up on it within 24-48 hours.
