I´m trying to import a wallet originally from the Schildbach Bitcoin Wallet on Android. I managed to extract the private keys as well as the seed words from the android backup file using the instructions here https://medium.com/@kpreetam/how-to-ext ... 21483e85e5. I then tried to create a new walled directly in Bitcoin.com using the seed words but it does not seem to sync. When I imported the private keys into Electrum my BTCs showed up instantly.
1. Any ideas why the Bitcoin.com application is not showing my bitcoins?
2. In case there is a problem with the seed words, how could I import the private key directly into the Bitcoin.com application. I have the exported keys in a file that is not password protected and the application seems to require a password. Getting the error "Could not decrypt file. Check your password". Can I encrypt the file somehow?
