BTC not received

Hey forum - another noob here.


I transferred ETH to BTC on changelly.com, and the transaction went through, but i didn't received it on my Bitcoin.com wallet app.
As you can see: https://blockchain.info/tx/357a7635be72 ... aa392ce513 (32$) the transfer went through but in my wallet, there´s only a transfer i made after on ShapeShift to see, if that site worked: https://blockchain.info/da/address/14o9 ... 7VgTG6HCXq

I contacted changelly and they said i should ask on theese forums!
